1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Register

When registering on xo99, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in your account being closed at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited.

Each user is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — will result in all associated accounts being closed and any winnings forfeited.

• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact xo99 support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC verification is complete.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Xo99 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from opening an account or participating in any gaming or betting activity. If a user is identified as a minor, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Xo99 may request government-issued ID to verify your age at any time. Certain account features may be restricted until age verification is complete.

• Providing false information about your age is a punishable offence and will result in account closure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on xo99 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your account instantly. There are no additional charges for depositing, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made. If you wish to withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirements for that bonus must first be met.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (may vary depending on the payment method used).
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500; maximum withdrawal is subject to the limits set by xo99.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals involving suspicious transactions may be placed on hold pending verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or using bonuses for low-risk arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited. Any such activity, once detected, will result in cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings.

• Welcome bonuses are generally subject to a 10x–30x wagering requirement.
• Winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• xo99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Free bet bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — they are for betting use only.

6 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on xo99, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless xo99 voids the bet due to a technical error. For live betting, odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment of submission are final.

If an event is postponed, cancelled, or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with xo99's rules. Bets are generally refunded, though in certain cases settlement may be based on a partial result.

• Minimum bet amount: BDT 100 (may vary by game and market).
• xo99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or suspicious activity will be subject to investigation.
• In any dispute regarding betting history or account balance, xo99's server logs serve as the final authority.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xo99 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting that exploits the bonus system.
• Using xo99 for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Operating an account through hacking, bots, or any automated software.
• Betting on match-fixed events or using insider information to place bets.
• Misconduct or threats directed at xo99 staff.
• Placing bets on behalf of a minor or opening an account for a minor.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Xo99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice. This is typically done when a user violates these Terms or is found to be involved in suspicious activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Submitting a self-exclusion request will deactivate the account for a specified period or permanently.

• If there are no violations, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before your account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the remaining balance may not be refunded.
• Account closure decisions may be appealed by contacting xo99 support.
• Any attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period will result in that account being closed as well.
